Order Cancelation

To change or cancel an existing order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Exchange, Change of Minds and Refunds

You have 10 days to request a return or refund upon your order arrival.

Ocean Shield Store team assure that every jewellery is assessed before it is dispatched and we kindly ask our customers to do the same upon parcel arrival.

Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if it is defective/damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Ocean Shield Store is unable to offer refund in the case of 'change of mind' purchases. 

However, if you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn/unused as well as in its original packaging. If the return is received by our team in a non-resalable condition, we will send it back to you and you will not be refunded for your order.

*Exclusions:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

 

Warranty:

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase and, to ensure that, Ocean Shield Store offers a 3-month-warranty with every piece from the date you receive your order. 

*Note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
